Plan of Attack pits the United States - the American Alliance - up against a collection of foreign invaders - the Coalition Forces.

American Alliance

The American Alliance consists of the US military and American partisans - citizens fighting for their freedom. While not as well equipped as the US forces before the invasion, they have access to a mix of modern, functional weaponry.

Coalition Forces

The Coalition Forces are a loose collection of Russian, Chinese, North Korean, and Middle Eastern military forces. They have access to a combination of old Soviet weaponry as well as the latest Eastern European weaponry.
